The container semitrailers carry heavy loads and can be deployed flexibly in combined transport – the ideal container chassis for containers of various sizes. And regardless of whether you need a chassis as a rigid variant, with rear extension (Simplex), with front and rear extension (Duplex), or with front, rear and central extension (Triplex) – with Kögel Port, you are equipped for any transport job.

CORROSION PROTECTION

Nano-Ceramic with KTL coating is the most modern and high-quality form of industrial surface treatment. It is just as good as zinc phosphating, but more environmentally friendly. The durable, clean coating can be repainted at any time. We grant a ten-year guarantee against rusting through on the vehicle frame.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

The stable, distortion-resistant, welded ladder frame with inserted cross beams for high payloads and point loads forms the backbone of the Kögel NOVUM vehicle generation. It guarantees a long service life.

Kögel Trailer-MCS Multi Container Stop

With the MCS – short for Multi Container Stop – Kögel is revolutionising the mounting of containers on all swap body chassis and the transport of swap bodies by road. Various tests, accompanied by officially recognised, independent experts, have confirmed what already looks good on paper: MCS eliminates the need for conventional container locks at the front of the container chassis. Loads are secured exclusively via form-locking, which has been proven the best form of load-securing in accordance with DIN EN 12642. The Kögel MCS is intuitive and self-explanatory to use. Never before have fleet operators enjoyed such a quick, reliable and simple way to secure a container on a trailer in accordance with the relevant standards!

The Kögel trailer axle KTA NOVUM is ideal for all Kögel trailers of the NOVUM generation. Kögel Telematics

The position of your trailer in real time, coupling status, EBS data, door position status, ambient temperature, refrigeration mode and configured settings – these and many other data can be displayed via the Kögel Telematics Connectivity Database on the Kögel Telematics Web portal and other fleet management systems. You can therefore import your data into existing processes and a wide variety of software systems in real time.
